A-Rod In The Lineup Tonight

Breaking News: It is being announced on The Michael Kay Show right now that Alex Rodriguez will play tonight. A-Rod injured his left hamstring in a collision at First Base with the Twins' Justin Morneau, and it was feared that he'd end up on the DL. Kay is reporting that A-Rod worked out today and feels fine. He'll be batting 4th and playing Third Base.

The Yankees are on life-support, but if it weren't for the monster year A-Rod's been having, we'd be looking at flatliners for sure.

I think both teams were gasping after the incident. I sure didn't need our MVP to be hurt again. I read this morning that A-Rod may not participate in the All-Star game either...which would be a shame since he is one of the top players representing the Yankees.
