Podcast Episode 22: Trying To Stay On Top

After winning consecutive series (against the Red Sox and Rays) for the first time in what seems like forever, the Yankees own a precarious 1-game lead in the American League East. In this episode of the podcast, I recap these last two series and look ahead to the remainder of the regular season. Also, Michael Clair of Old   Time Family Baseball returns to the show to discuss other topics and playoff races around MLB. I close things out with a rant, of sorts, about some other sport, which has, once again, hijacked the baseball pennant races.

The Yankees are off today while the Orioles start a three-game series in Seattle tonight. Hector Noesi is scheduled to get the ball for the Mariners. Hopefully, he is still a Yankee at heart and does his best to shut the Birds down.

Enjoy the podcast and, as always, thanks for listening.
