The final award in this 2012 BBA series is the Stan Musial Award for most valuable player. Here's my ballot:
1st Place, Miguel Cabrera, Detroit Tigers
2nd Place, Mike Trout, Los Angeles Angels Of Anaheim
3rd Place, Josh Hamilton, Texas Rangers
How can anyone not vote for Miguel Cabrera? Not only did he win the Triple Crown, he led in SLG and OPS and was second only to Derek Jeter in hits. Even if the Tigers had not made the playoffs he would have been the choice for me.
