Sadly, after last night's loss in Toronto, the end is near for the New York Yankees.
To think about this, let alone write about it, is too depressing. I will, instead, focus on one of the few highlights of the game. Curtis Granderson's sliding catch with two out and a runner in scoring position in the bottom of the fifth inning was huge (at the time), preventing (or, should I say, delaying) Toronto's second run from crossing the plate.
In case you missed it, click here to see it.
Thanks, Grandy.
Eleven games left.
