Yankees' Gossage & Jeter Among Players Featured In "Fastball," A New Baseball Documentary

The wait is finally over! Pitchers and catchers reported to Tampa yesterday to begin spring training for the 2016 baseball season.

One of the hot button issues this spring is Aroldis Chapman, whose 105 MPH fastball we might not see at the start of the season, because of a possible suspension for domestic violence allegations. Chapman has said he will appeal any suspension, so perhaps we will see something of him early on.

Even if we won't be able to see Chapman throw at 105 MPH, we will be able to see a history of this famous pitch, in a new documentary by Thomas Tull, the producer of "42." Entitled "Fastball," it features some of the greatest hurlers to throw the pitch, along with the greatest men who hit it.  They include former Yankees Rich "Goose" Gossage and The Captain, Derek Jeter. Here's a clip:

The film was written by ESPN 30 For 30 director Jonathan Hock, and is narrated by actor Kevin Costner.

I really looks great. I can't wait to see it!
